Is the new Matchmaking allready live or not?

Hallo my Friends,
Before someone says play better. I win most of my rounds!
The reason I asked is, because I have noticed, that the survivors are now working as if they were on the run. From the start they work on 4 different generators, do each generator and all actions in threes or are always active in duo with prov theyself.
it's okay for me, i like challenges. But i see so many big streamers on rank 1 most of the survivors don't even know how the left mouse button works and don't know what windows and palettes are good for.
