Noed

Soo People are bringing back the noed posts.

YALL HAVE TO STOP COMPLAINING!

Noed is a part of the game always has been and (probably) always will be. Its not unfair. Its easily avoidable

How? :

1. Memorize totem spawns

2. CLEANSE A TOTEM WHEN YOU SEE ONE!

3. If endgame has started try avoiding the killer If you cant and are in a Chase you can try making the killer leave you by Looping or try running towards the Exit gates

Stop the posts stop The complaining and stop insulting People that use noed

Noed is a Last resort perk If The killer has noed equipped He only has 3 perks until endgame starts so thats a clear disadvantage for him

And If you cant stop being toxic you should: GET GOOD ;)

    I completely agree with this^^^.

I cleanse the ones by exit gates, so killer can't camp hook, door, and noed at endgame.

Then cleanse hard to fine/get to totems. The others I leave so I have greater odds of knowing exactly where Noed is if it does proc.

    >Memorize totem spawns

Totem spawns changes in most of every patch, not to mention that they can spawn on most of every single corner of every single part of the +20 currently existent map variations each one with a different tiles rng spawning

It was so nice when the complaining posts about NOED dropped down in number. Why? Ruin+Undying was a thing so people actually bothered to do Bones. And you know what, while that was going on... NOED really wasn't a problem. Now, with new effective combinations like Pop+Oppression and so on, people are getting lazy and not doing Bones. So naturally Killers are putting it back in.

Completely disagree, first of all certain killers are so good they don’t need any perks, nevermind “missing one until endgame” and peoples problem with NOED is ######### killers getting rewarded for having a perk that is especially annoying with some of the hitboxes in this game 😂

And that's the closest thing NOED has to proper counterplay. Though I would go one further and say to try and see how good your teammates are and try to judge how safe it would be to do the totems. Most of the time it's too dangerous, too likely the killer will get off a snowball, but sometimes you can risk trying to cleanse all 5 before the last gen goes.

You can't memorize totem spawns but you can get a feel for where they are. It's a strange sort of deja vu feeling. As well I always have good luck with the killer shack.

NOED activates no matter what the killer does. That means it often gets used as facecamping insurance. To be honest, I don't have much of a problem with NOED when the killer using it isn't camping and tunneling. I rarely go against killers that use it while not camping and tunneling. Therefore the perks design is flawed, since it is a burden of the opponent to deactivate it (something that will throw the game unless you have a very good team and/or a very bad killer) instead of the burden being on the killer to earn it.

NOED is extremly overpowered in low ranks and useless/annoyance in higher ranks. I don't really care about this perk right now but i remember it taught me the importance for survivors to track totems in the match.
