You're a risk taker. When repairing, healing, or sabotaging you have a moderately/considerably/tremendously increased the chance of getting a skillcheck. ALL of your skillchecks will in-turn be tremendously/considerably/moderately more difficult.

    Sounds like a perk version of new part, iirc.

    Nailing a rapid chain of skill checks will speed up how fast you do something.
