I'm doing some challenges from the first tome and they're not completing

I've completed both the "Hook 5 survivors in the basement while using the perk Agitation" and "Hook a survivor in the basement while another survivor is on a basement hook 1 time while using the perk Monstrous Shrine." I know I did both of them in a single trial and neither of them show that they were completed. Anyone else having this problem?
