DBD reseta configurações toda vez que abro

Toda vez que abro o DBD, ele coloca o game no ultra, resolução em 100%, volumes em número x, tudo predefinido e ainda tenho um problema que quando coloca outro idioma, o jogo não muda.
Sabem como resolver isso ?
