I don't get how insidious works

When you stand still for 4/3/2 seconds it says it makes you stealthy, now: Does that mean my terror radius is reduced? Does it mean that i'm harded to see? Am i invisible? Does it affect the huntress' lullaby? Help!

    You have no terror radius, but you're still visible.
    It doesn't affect Huntress's lullaby. Only the terror radius.

    terror radius is reduced to zero, i.e. no heartbeat
    They can still see you, no invisibility
    huntress lullaby isnt effected sadly
