    Slows down survivor movement speed by between I believe 5% and 20% depending on add-ons used, though don't quote me on this because I don't have the sources to back me up.

    The hindered addon for Huntress truly feels like it does nothing.. IMO

    and the addon for Hag that applies Hindered goes away after like 1 second so it literally does nothing, the effect is gone by the time she teleports and locates you
