Game won't let me load in no matter what I do.

So everytime I load into dbd I get this message, but nothing I do fixes the issue. I've restarted the game, verified the files multiple times, I've even uninstalled and reinstalled the entire game, and it doesn't work. What is causing this bug and how do I fix it?
