Lets Create Some Perks
Any hit taken during this period would regress all generators by 15%/20%/25% of thier total progression. Hit survivors would not be put into the injured state for this duration.
Killer can only accumulate 1 generator regression hit per survivor. This way if all survivors are hit within the 60 seconds all gens would reset to 0% completion.
This perk takes the form of a placeable hex totem which can be deployed when you want the perk to take effect. One time use.

Survivor Perk - Get Down - When a survivor is in the crouched position they are given the option to Get Down which would enable them to lie down on the floor and crawl for an unlimited duration. Tenacity increases crawl speed. If the Killer finds you, they can pick you up straight away without hitting you and if you have already been hooked you can be instantly morid in the crawl position. To avoid sneaky game hostage plays Any survivor that uses this perk is revealed to the killer if they are in the crawl position when all gens are done or if they are the final survivor left. This perk increases all sounds the survivor makes by 90%/60%/30% so killers can have a good chance of finding you if they are listening.

Killer Perk - You can run but you can't hide - Whenever a survivor is located inside of a locker within 16 meters they are revealed to the killer. The survivor is notified forcing them to act swiftly to time thier escape well.
When/if the survivor leaves the terror radius of the killer the auras of 2/3/4 random survivors are revealed for 60 seconds and the killer red stain and heartbeat is removed for that duration.0 -
Killer Perk: Modify - Your time using your ability has taught you to be more efficient in using your tools. The charge time of your ability is decreased by 5/10/15%. (Or whatever the percentage was on the original tinkerer)

I think it should be 1/2/3 random survivors due to the fact of your idea being a 60 second, map wide scratched mirror myers. Also 2/3/4 random survivors? Do all 4 of the survivors' auras show up in a random order? With it being random choice it would make more sense for it to go up to 3. Also decreasing the time they are revealed would be a good decision as having 60 seconds of seeing ALL survivors will be EXTREMELY op with Nurse, and Billy (And we don't need to make those 2 any stronger now do we? lol). All in all I like the idea.

Survivor Perk - Deathwish - You are playing a dangerous game and would risk almost everything in search for that scrumptious taste of pain and likely demise you and your team are destined for.
Your aura is revealed when repairing generators and when you are in the basement.
When hooked a random teammate is revealed and the killer receives a free bloodlust whenever they initiate a chase with that random survivor.
Cannot stuggle off the hook.
Can be unhooked.
When in the second stage of the hook you can trigger a large skill check to appear anytime which if hit will give you a 50% chance of escaping hook.
Any Objective points are 150% if you run this perk and die.
Any Objective points are 300% if you survive.0 -
I've always wanted a perk that just allows you to manually stop leaving scratchmarks for X seconds. Dance with me is one thing but having it activatable would be cool.
Same for Beast of Prey working the same way. After trying the new wraith addon that hides TR and stain after uncloaking I only want it more.

Survivor Perk. I Don't Play Games- You cannot stand being told what to do, you play by your own rules which are suited to you in the course for success. Any killer perk which directly affects your aura reading or status is blocked.
Tier 1 - Your aura can not be seen whilst interacting with an object. Gen repair noise is now 3 times louder.
Tier 2 - Ignore blindness reduce all status cooldowns by 20%. Stacks
Tier 3 - Exposed triggers a bleed out timer rather than an instant down(once per match) Can still be insta downed by killers base power and add ons.
Chance to get pig trap off the first jigsaw box is 75%(1st trap)0 -
I like this thread. So little clutter and there's some creativity showing.0

Survivor perk: Locker magic: Once per trial jumping into a locker while being fully healed you have 15/20/25% chance of being teleported to a random locker on the map.

At least its a more probable addition than some of the other ideas here. All this instant crap.

Even though this thread probably belongs in Fan Creations, here are some of my ideas:
My Survivor Perk Ideas:
Hard Lessons
For every failed skillcheck you gain a token. Each token increases the skillcheck success zone grows slightly/moderately/considerably.
"What doesn't kill me will make me stronger."Pretty Good Job (So Far)
After succeeding a skillcheck another skillcheck will appear with tremendously/considerably/moderately reduced success zones. The bonus skillchecks will continue to shrink until only the great skillcheck zone remains.
"I think we did a pretty good job so far."Gamble
You're a risk taker. When repairing, healing, or sabotaging you have a moderately/considerably/tremendously increased the chance of getting a skillcheck. ALL of your skillchecks will in-turn be tremendously/considerably/moderately more difficult.Awakening
You refuse to go down without a fight. When the last survivor (excluding you of course) dies you will Wake Up if asleep and Heal 1 Healthstate and move at 150% of your normal movement speed for 5 seconds. Causes exhaustion, but ignores it when triggering. Causes exhaustion for 60/50/40 seconds.Surveyor
You can see the auras of trackable objects and players that you have direct LOS to within 16/32/∞ meters.Shove
You're used to getting and having your way. When facing another player at melee range you can push them a short distance. During the push, they have no collision with other players. Shove has a cooldown of 60/45/30 seconds.
"Move!"Focus
You work best alone. When there are no other players within an 8-meter radius you have a bonus to all actions of 3/6/9%. For each player within this radius, you lose 3/2/1% of the bonus.Gentilhomme (Gentleman)
You've always been a true gentleman. All female survivors within 8 meters receive the following bonuses:1/3/5% faster action speed
2/4/8% item charge efficiency
3/5/10% faster exhaustion, hemorrhage, mangled, hindered, and blindness recoveryDemoiselle (Young Woman)
You've always had a great personality. All male survivors within 8 meters receive the following bonuses:1/3/5% faster action speed
2/4/8% item charge efficiency
3/5/10% faster exhaustion, hemorrhage, mangled, hindered, and blindness recoveryThorough
Your thorough chest searches yield greater rewards. You search through chests 15/10/5% slower but gain an additional item upon completing a search. Your second item is guaranteed to be of uncommon rarity.Masochist
You enjoy pain and can take a pounding. You move 1/2/3% faster while injured.
After being hit you gain a token up to a maximum (5). Each token buffs your action speed by 1/3/5%.
Tier 3 feature: After being hit if you are hit again within 10 seconds gain 7 seconds of endurance. My Killer Perk Ideas:
Plague
You've poisoned your blade to revel in their agony. After striking a survivor they will suffer from ALL negative status effects (excluding Madness, Sleepiness, Broken, and Hindered) as well as a bonus effect, Plague. These effects will last for 60/90/120 seconds. If another survivor gets within a 4 meter radius of a survivor that has plague they will catch the plague and suffer the same status effect as if they were just hit. Plagued survivors will cough loudly as if they were affected by the Afterpiece Tonic.Black Magic
Your fearsome magic is eternally powerful. All of your Hex Totems are slightly/moderately/considerably darker making them harder to see. When a hex totem is destroyed all survivors are blinded and deafened for 3/5/10 seconds. The bright flash reveals all survivor auras for 3/5/7 seconds as well.Heavy Blow
Your swings are especially violent. When attacking a survivor your attack will ignore the Endurance effect and increase your successful and failed attack cooldown by 25/20/15%.Aggressor
You are eager for the violence to begin. When starting a chase receive a short speed boost of 3/4/5% for 5/10/15 seconds. "I'm coming for you!"Despoil
Your immense greed let's you smash chests, damaging their contents. You can break chests like pallets 10/5/0% slower than pallets. After doing this the item inside loses 50/75/100% of its total charges.Frenzy
Violence energizes you, allowing you to move faster. After performing a break or hit action (Generators, Pallets/Maybe Chests/Melee Hits) you gain a temporary speed boost of 5% for 3/4/5 seconds.0 -
Lonely Wolf(Survivor perk):
You cannot interact with other survivors and vice versa. (Only hook rescues)
Start with penalty of slightly reduced movement speed (3.90 m/s)
Each time the generator is completed you gain a bonus 3/4/5% to healing, vaulting, cleansing totems, opening exit gates, searching the chests and sabotage.
For every completed generator by you, your movement speed is slightly faster (3.95,4.00.,4.05.,4.10.,4.15 m/s)0 -
@BigBadPiggy maybe if you want to trash talk some creativity you shouldn't comment at all. All these ideas are stupid and have very little chance of being in the game. Really? These are ideas and to pluck some and share them is doing anyone any harm.0

Save For Later (Survivor)
Grants the ability to put downed pallets back into the upright position so it may be used at a later time. Pallets pulled down a second time can be broken by the killer 20/15/10% faster.
Only works once per pallet per trial.
Does not work in active chases.1 -
I've been working on an idea for a killer and survivor for a while and these are my ideas so far.
Killer: The Mariner
Perk 1
Frostbite: Upon landing a hit on a survivor, they'll suffer from the frostbite status effect for 60/80/100 seconds. At any point the survivor is standing still, crouching, or walking, ice will begin forming over their vision, severely obscuring it and they'll receive a 5%/10%/15% debuff to healing and repair speed. The ice can be gradually removed by running or standing next to any fire."I'm s-so c-c-cold."
Perk 2
Thin Ice: You leave a trail wherever you walk for 30/40/50 seconds. If any survivor walks on this trail, their location is revealed to you and they receive the exposed status effect for 40 seconds. This can be activated once every 60/50/40 seconds."Be careful where you set your feet."
Perk 3
Heat Sense: As generators are repaired, they begin to give off more heat. The closer they are to being done, the brighter the aura will be."Lost for so long in the cold, he seeks warmth."
(I know this idea was implemented for the Wraith. I'm currently trying to work it into something else.)Survivor: Jack "Jackie" Breckson
Perk 1
Sympathizer: Helping others is your strength. For every altruistic action you do, gain a token up to a maximum of 3/4/5 tokens. For each token, you repair generators 2%/3%/4% faster. For each skillcheck hit, you lose a token."Shut up and let me help you." -Jack Breckson
Perk 2
Flea Bath: Any crows within a 30/40/50 meter radius of you will fly away if you're running. Crows will take 20/30/40 seconds longer to come back."F*cking pests." -Jack Breckson
Perk 3
Circle of Life: For every survivor that dies, gain a 5%/10%/15% speed buff to all actions."It's the circle of life. I know it hurts. It sucks and it never gets easier, but the best thing you can do is learn from it." -Jack Breckson

Also look the the definition of things before you say something,
Trash Talk
INFORMAL•US
noun
1.
insulting or boastful speech intended to demoralize, intimidate, or humiliate someone, especially an opponent in an athletic contest.I wasn't trash talking since I never acted like my idea was better than any others, I only said it would be a little more possible to be added. Yes you're right, they are ideas, but ideas can also be open to criticism. i shared my criticism by saying instant down, instant healing, and other op things like that are crap. The only negative person here is you, you took a massive heel turn when you messaged me. You went from "I like this thread. So little clutter and there's some creativity showing." to "All these ideas are stupid and have very little chance of being in the game." You should check over yourself before you message someone about being negative, It will save you time.

I was paraphrasing you when I said all these ideas are stupid because you said they were crap. Maybe I jumped to a conclusion but I personally can't stand disrespect. Instead of criticising I think making your own suggestions would be more constructive and valued as feedback.0
