Is it intentional that the killer can still see you when they have the undetectable status but you cant see them?

    Yes, should have a bit of a drawback i think.

    Yes, I think actually killer should see you when he looks at you even if you don't look at him.

    Why shouldn't he? Obsession perks need to have downsides.

    the icon for the perk still lights up, good players will use that and try to judge where you are and it is especially useful for certain stealth killers like wraith and myers.

    When you gain undetectable you are immune to any survivor's aura reading ability and perks
