Un-openable hatch on new Yamaoka map

in General Discussions
we got all gens done. One guy escaped via exit gate and three remained. I had purple key but still couldn’t open the hatch. How am I supposed to get the trophy on ps4 where all 4 survivors escape via the hatch at the same time if it can’t be opened?

    Not bout the trophy but yeh that is an issue on one map, there is also a killer fat shame spot on that map.

    They did a pretty good job so far with the design, characters look beautiful. But the ptb was a pretty gud jub so fuur, seemed rush. The clown ptb we played with and checked out all the development. We were always behind on the spirit, testing something that wasn't supposed to go live, etc. I love the map as survivor, hate it as killer.
