What happened to the lobys?

I've been playing killer for a long time, on red ranks. And always managed to play a few games after mid-school
But since the release of the shatered bloodline chapter, and the update that came with it, killer games are imposible to load, it takes ages for a single survivor to load in the match, let alone four of them.
Now I can only play one game each day just for the daily reward, because if I want to play another one I'll have to wait to much to get in.
And I noticed this only happen when playing as killer, when playing survivor (also in red ranks) it only takes up to 30 seconds to find a match and probably one or two minutes for all the players to get in the lobby.
I don't know if it is my connection but im pretty sure this is happening to everyone right now
Is that how it have been to everyone before?
