Are all outfits from rift will be in ingame shop, because i didn't get enough rift tier to unlock outfit Spring Recruit for feng min

    Most if not all are supposedly coming to the store with a 6 month - 1 year gap between the rift and the release. But of course some probably never will come and some will take much longer than others!
