BHVR, these sync issues are not acceptable! Give us our Bloodpoints please!
Remember when you said you fixed the issue that caused a lot of players to not receive Bloodpoints at the end of a match? This was error code 111. Now we get the exact same issue but the error code is now 112. I as well as so many other players are wasting our time playing the game, ghastly gateau and other bp offerings all go to waste, we play the best we can and in the end it was all for nothing...we get absolutely nothing in return!
I contacted Support and they said compensation is not possible. They said rest assured that they have this issue as a top priority to fix and thank you for your patience and understanding. Ok but how long do we have to wait this time? How many more of our time should we waste? When can we enjoy the game and not feel stressed because we don’t know if the entire match we just played would all be for nothing?
This is a recurring issue and we need compensation if you're not planning on fixing it any time soon. Support said they haven't received word from the developers of possible compensation for this issue and that the only thing they could do is relay to the devs what we’re all saying. And I understand Support can’t do anything about it. However to the devs, you guys said months ago that the issue is fixed and yet it still exists but with a different error code. This is really not acceptable, especially since the game is already grindy, with this issue the grind is 100x worse. I know some players have started encountering this sync error again a few months ago but for me personally it started during the Blood Rush event and there’s only a few days left!
Will you give us the bloodpoints we earned? Will you extend Blood Rush? When will this be fixed?

There's nothing that anyone can answer from the forum I'm afraid - so tagging people that having nothing to do with those decisions is not really going to help.
All I an advise is keep in contact with Support as they will have more information than us on what is happening with this issue.

I don’t know if you read my entire post but I already contacted Support and they said they can’t do anything about it, when I asked about compensation they said it’s all up to the developers. Correct me if I’m wrong but the people I tagged are from the BHVR Team and some of them are devs, are they not? I just want to know when this issue will get fixed, if the event will be extended because of this issue, if we will receive compensation?

They would not be able to help with this issue, that's what I was explaining - it's not them that makes any decisions in anything to do with this. I don't believe that there's anymore compensation being given out with regards to this (there was a one time BP payout a short time ago), and no I don't believe that the event will be extended.

They’re still devs, one team, they can talk to the other devs who make these decisions. But you know what, forget it, I didn’t expect much but this is still disappointing to be honest. I write all this post and you simply respond with there will be no compensation and event won’t be extended. Just shows that you guys don’t care.

It's not about not caring, but it's knowing what can be done here. Support are the people that can communicate this information and they are aware of the issue, the answer I have received from speaking to them is what I explained above.
I'm very sorry that you're having this issue, but there's nothing that we are able to do here on the forum - nor the people you tagged, that's what I was trying to say. This is an issue where Support are in touch with the relevant parties and I am sure that they're passing on the information as required.
