    Sprint burst

Sprint burst is always useful, unlike every other exhaustion perk which sometimes just don't work. E.g. Dead hard against an insta-down killer, balanced landing on a map with very few drops etc. I personally wouldn't consider Adrenaline to be a normal exhaustion perk as it only activates a single time and can only be activated at the end but yeah.

    Balanced landing

BL sometimes lets me down, when there's nowhere to use it... but from all perks, besides Head On (that doesn't really help in chases imo), it's the only one I remember I have and position myself to gain some advantage. I don't like sprint burst because of managing the exhaustion, but with the Fixated buff I might give it a try.

    Adrenaline

I can do without any exhaustion perk but Adrenaline, you will take Adrenaline off my cold, dead hands :(

    Lithe

Lithe is (in my opinion) the most versatile, as well as actively allows you to choose when to use it almost as much as even Dead Hard does, seeing as you can run in a straight line for a pretty damn long time against most Killers.

    Lithe

People often say Dead Hard is the best because it extends loops, but why extend them when you can just run to a better one? (plus I far, far more often see DH only extend by 2 seconds than extend more than the 10 seconds running in a straight line with a normal exhaustion perk does)

Other people often say Sprint Burst is the best one, but that one means you have to let the killer catch up to you before you start running away, and besides, some killers can get that hit anyways by exploiting the behavior of SB survivors

Lithe does its job well. Vault a pallet or window and skedaddle. Plus, it has way more synergy with other perks than any other
