Does mad grit stack with stbfl

Not really, cos STBFL is for attacks that hit, and Mad Grit is for missed attacks.
If you hit a survivor (not the obsession) when still carrying a survivor with Mad Grit & Stbfl, you'd get the reduced cooldown but that would only be from STBFL, you'd also get the delayed wiggle from Mad Grit.

Yeah i think they were moreso asking if they synergize stacking would be the wrong word in this case. stbfl lowers the cooldown when ya smack a survivor with another survivor on your shoulder (im assuming its intended) so that plus the pausing of the wiggle timers a good synergy. (And very terrifying when ya got a demo with mad grit save iron grasp and whatever the other perk is that allows you to move faster with survivor on your shoulder)
