Is Hillbilly OP, Balanced, or Trash?

Once more and he's my main. Yeah Billy is balanced and was pre nerf. Billy's chainsaw mobility is easy to get down. He can't curve on every loop. But some loops he'll have no problem. Can be countered good by Windows.

    I'm a bit biased since I cannot play Billy to save my life, but I think he's trash in terms of both the learning curve and even after you get good with him.

    Survivors with common sense can easily dodge his chainsaw sprint by just not running in a straight line and take advantage of LOS. The only thing that would prevent this is if they were caught off guard in a open area.

    With this being said, his turning add-ons definitely make him balanced imo, but without it, I don't think he's very good.

    He's trash after the nerf, just trash. Before I could play him a lot better with thompson's mix and guide, a lot efficient, and now he's just trash.

    He was pretty balanced before, just needed some addon changes. Would say he's just about the same, but just punishes poor plays now.
