Yes - I'm totally unbiased because I think survivors shouldn't be punished for using the two things they're given to escape a killer, windows and pallets. Lets just make it so killers can get instant hooks because a survivor climbs through or over something.
It'll just be the same, they run around the object, you get an M1 and then you'll just complain anyway because you still only got to hit them once and don't get your free insta hook.

In regards to pallets and windows I think the devs did a good job with the spirit perk that allows a killer to auto break a pallet (even if they did then change pallets so they don't stun as often, cause you know...devs...). I'd love to see something similar perk wise for windows. It should have been bamboozle but it isn't. I'd take a slight buff to Bamboozle though, like it closes any window the killer goes through for X seconds without limiting the actual number of windows that can be blocked.
The problem is a killer has limited perkslots, fixing basic game issues through perks is not a good idea, perks should be reserved for fun builds not for fixing the game.

The best you can hope for is a decent perk. It's sad but it's true.
"Devs have no clue about balance so we're stuck with it" is not a good mentality.
