I read that a lot, but isnt it sad?

What is this chat for?

Well I play a lot of overwatch, and i aknowledge good plays by people and I like to tell people if they did something good/cool. I like it because some people told me that I did good plays. And it just feels nice if you have a close game and people recognize each others skill in games.

You get Death threats in post game chat, just toxicity and people keep saying "just hide the chat"

Thats dumb. Post game chat wasnt meant for toxic messages. Its there to talk about nice plays, with each other the best in the next game etc.

Thats what the goal of it should be again. And Yes, to achieve this goal, you may have to ban toxic people who tell others to kill themselves or how ######### they are.

Whats the point of the chat at the moment? just toxic crap. Nobody wants that except for people who enjoy dumb people showing off in chat, but thats a minority.

I dont think anyone would mind a nicer post game chat without all the idiots.

    It's really sad when people bad mouth strangers in chat over a video game. However I must admit there is a part of me that just loves letting them know they don't get to me. I just type gg wp :) or if they've said something really bad before it I'll usually add "aww that's really sweet" or "that's the nicest thing I've heard all day". There's nothing funnier than watching them get more upset because they haven't upset you and got what they wanted.

    The chat is absolutely perfect, being mad and toxic is part of the dbd experience and you too should enjoy it
