Perhaps I’m the only one bothered by this, but a huge amount of posts on here use clickbait tactics.

Stuff like: “Can we all agree on this?” or “Why hasn’t this been fixed yet!?” or “Does anyone else...” are lame and uninformative titles. Surely we all learned in English class that you should always clearly state your intentions for your reader, with both your title and opening argument?

Funny enough, I just noticed even the top pinned post is a clickbait title lol. No disrespect of course, I’m just having a bit of fun ranting about a pet peeve of mine. It’s certainly not a big deal, but... from newbies to vets, many people have used this tactic to get attention that doesn’t really feel earned.

So away with this nonsense! I want to see some creativity. Make me feel invested in what your topic is and why I should click on it at all!
