I had a really weird dream

Ok on ocassions I have almost like lucid dreams and often the things I dream of in there give me very big dejasavu and in that dream there was a new killer almost spider like it put people in webs when downed and could drag them and leave them where ever it wanted like if they were on a hook it have a like rush attack short range but quick and it came with a perk hex damdation I dont remember what it did but if some of this come true I'm gonna have serious dejasavu and freak out

(no point of this post other than to hear what the community can think of the vague dream memories I had)

Any ideas what a hex perk call damdation could do?

(Edit I realized I spelled the perk I saw wrong but I can't remember how to spell it but it's close to what I spelled)
