    I wouldn't mind that speed boost if the perk didn't entirely go away the moment the obsession is dead.

    I voted "it depends" because I don't use that awful Perk. :) I love me the OG, my main man Myers, but that Perk is for the birds. I stopped using it the second I got Adept.

    Since the rework of Dying Light. Actually getting to the point where you have a sizeable slowdown effect going is already at the point where many survivors are on death hook.

    The only killer that gets any good use out of Dying Light is plague due to the fact her power prevents survivors from healing, but even then you get better mileage from Thana since it's effects work on everyone.

    One can only wonder why the healing speed boost exists at all, dying light has never been very strong though it isn't totally useless. Remember when you had to mori the obsession to get any use out of it?

    Pretty much exactly this. Dying Light would still be a bad perk even if it didnt buff the obsession's altruism speeds.

    Legion also gets a good bit of value out of it imo (although that's more so due to its synergy with Thanataphobia)

    A perk that rewards you for not going after the obsession but you have to keep the obsession away from gens for it to have any effect... it needs more than the 33% removed to be good.

    The perk actually does a lot less than it seems, so this survivor buff is really unnecessary.

    This survivor buff basically gives the obsession a fifth perk i think it should be reduced to 22% speed
