[Bug] Stuck in Wall

I was playing on the deathslinger, so at the end of the match I'm chasing a survivor they go just beyond the escape door but I shoot and catch one of them on the chain, I start to reel her in and she goes way off to the side of the door by where the barrels are and I hit her but she gets stuck between the wall and the barrels, Now she's laying on the floor slugged bleeding out, and she can't move from between the barrels and the wall, and I can't pick her up to hook her because it won't give me the option. She ended up dying because the entity timer ran out, but this is clearly a bug.
