New billy is just overkill.
Old billy was fine, perhaps, he even needed a buff not a nerf.

Why?
A few of the odd addons sure, but the overheat mechanic should only be a problem if you camp with the chainsaw or obsessively use the chainsaw instead of skillfully.

The overheat mechanic is the definition of the word "unnecessary".

Don't know why I can't quote blue4zion, anyway:
The overheat mechanic is a problem when you want to flick your chainsaw at loops instead of playing mediocre billy. Not to mention when you play with double engravings, rev your chainsaw do a couple of flick and overheating. That is the problem.
Also for camping billy they could add the overheating mechanic only if the killer is on, lets says, 20 meter range of a hooked survivor or actually make the chainsaw not 1 hit. These are some ideas and I know there are a lot more better to make camping with billy not worth it.

Why would anyone wanna remove the scream?
Probably the best part of playing billy on a horrendous map like Lery's or The Game.
