El juego se me cierra de la nada

al estar en una partida me sale un mensaje de que si quiero salir del juego, yo le doy que no y luego de unos segundos se cierra el juego, haciendome abandonar a partida ademas de que me ponen tiempo de ban.

tengo un procesador intel i5 novena genracion, 8 gb de ram y una tarjeta grafica nvidia geforx gtx 1650, tengo un windows diez y descargue el juego por el servicio de game pass. agradeceria una rapida respuesta
