Night time matchmaking is a disaster

From my own experience playing at night as solo is an unpleasant venture most of the time. The matchmaking fails to match me with other similar rank survivors resulting in a ''rainbow'' of ranks in the post-match lobby. Most of the time same goes for the killer, either it's a newbie or a hardcore sweaty spirit/nurse - no in between which exacerbates the problem even further. Also, the queue time as a survivor is much longer when compared to day time.

Anyone has same experience ?

Sat in queue for 10 minutes. For this. Feel bad for the other survivors, they only had a single perk each. It was probably their first ever match.

    True unfortunately.

Matchmaking is terrible. I get 10-16 rank survivors against 1-4 rank killer (im 4 rank surv).

Other times I get 16 rank killer against 4 survivors with ranks 1-5. Where is the logic?!

I have the same experience. I refuse to play solo at night now. Takes 10 minutes to find a match and I get rank 15-20 team mates when I'm in red ranks.

I remember when matchmaking would look like that around the clock when they turned MMR on. Except, the killer would be rank 1. And that killer would be me.

Oh this new iteration of MMR is going to be glorious. Likely be the same thing but folks won’t even be able to call out bhvr on their ineptitude because ranks won’t correlate to the matchmaking anymore lol.

smart thinking bhvr. If you can’t do something right, just hide it.

But you will still be able to call the devs out, because if you reached a certain skill level, you can assess (i am not sure if thats the right word) the skill of your teammates as well as your opponent. If its not working skill wise, you will take notice.
