I'm adding the statistics for obvious reasons:

Weapon: rusty scissors from the late 1600s, made for sewing

Appearance: Dirty blonde hair partially burned off, smoky skin with eyes rolling back into her head, and blood coming out of her nose, basic housewife garbs, and no bonnet.

Power: when cursing a survived movement speed is decreased, and locations instead of auras when using her power.

Terror Radius: basic terror radius noise, 24 meters screams of women in fire at 10 meters, demonic chanting at 3 meters speaking, "burn the witch!" in Latin.
