Ugh I could go real low road and use a dev quote but I'll focus on a gameplay one.

Killers being able to make plays based on their skills instead of a survivor making a mistake is unfair and broken.

Just when someone only plays one side and complains about things on the other side being op or unfair, but will defend anything on their side when people say the same thing about their perks etc.

I play both so I know their are some things that could use adjustments on both sides, but there are also some things that get complained about which I understand are actually fine because I play both.

Any opinion that states that killers/perks/items/addons and their use are inherently toxic.

Game chat and harassment are one of the few things I would actually consider toxic, or playing in a way to deliberately just waste someone's time or intentionally make unable to play the game (4slug at 5 gens and forcing bleedout, two survivors immersing when they're the last ones left and never doing anything, etc).

On the Survivor side? "Slugging is toxic/boring." How is it more boring than being on the hook? You don't lose a hook state and can pick yourself up with some perks, plus you can crawl around. I didn't know slamming space bar to struggle was so entertaining. The whole complaint just reeks of salty losers perpetuating this attitude that anything that makes them lose is toxic.

On the Killer side? "Gen-Rushing" as a term and the view that it is "toxic". What else are survivors supposed to do? Cleanse every dull totem, loot every chest, be immersed a bit for roleplay's sake and sabotage every hook once? They're doing their objective by pumping gens just like you try to down people as fast as possible. It's not a toxicity issue that they can pound gens out faster than you can get two downs, it's a game design issue - gen times vs chase times are ridiculous, but don't whine about survivors being "toxic" for literally just playing the game.

These are both opinions that only stupid or bad players have, and I'm amazed so many people believe them.

People who believe Freddy is perfectly balanced. Anything else I can do with but this one... holy #########.

I have not once seen anyone call Deathslinger "OP". I've seen him called "boring" but never overpowered. Seems like you're just intentionally missing the point like everyone else.

But the one opinion that annoys me is "Demo and The Twins are low tier"

The community-opinion about Pyramid Head being one of the strongest killers annoys me a bit as I still don't see it.

Yes, I do occasionally down (bad) survivors in around 15 seconds with him but good survivors rarely get hit by the shockwave and zoning good survivors for the M1 hit prolongs the chase extremely since he slows down when planting the knife, while pulling the trails and again when canceling the attack.

I faced Exlelite and his tournament team (again) playing Pyramid Head and when I watched the match from his POV afterwards I saw him literally dead hard shockwaves that would have hit him through the wall.

So basically perfectly predict his movements through the wall just so the strong survivor can dead hard and hold W again. What a strong power !

And tunneling someone out of the cages isn't strong either when half the team can just bodyblock you allowing the tunneled survivor to get away while the 4th survivor is still chilling on gens.

Against good and aggressive survivors Pyramid Head doesn't excel at anything in my opinion.

He is decent don't get me wrong, but nowhere near as strong as people say he is.

Then again they 4-man escape against 99% of all killers they face even including rank 1 Nurses with Ruin, Undying, Tinkerer, Infectious Fright.

So considering this my 1k was an ok-ish performance I guess.

    It's a tie between:

"Decisive Strike is an anti-tunneling perk!"

    AND

"NOED gives Killers free kills they didn't earn."

That you play perfectly every game and when you lose it's the killers fault or your teammates fault.

I don't believe antidote is useless, but its definitely gonna take me awhile to start using it.

Dead hard and Iron will are balanced perks

SWF is not that hard to deal with. 90% of SWF are just playing for fun

Nurse is hard to learn so she's balanced

I never hear anyone say that, but why do you think there not balanced?

True. Actually, the "default chase music" is one of the reasons I avoid playing my main (Bubba). Really can't stand listening to that "dum... dididididi dum... didididi dum" anymore. I really wish they added a unique theme for Bubba.

Survivors that think bullying killers is how the game is meant to be played and vice versa

The ideas that survivors or killers that use second chance or crutch perks have no skill.

Its just a rude thing to say and is basically shaming people for using what they want.

Something I recently heard on a different DBD-related discussion area:

"If you complain about Object Of Obsession, I can complain about NOED."

Like, they're not comparable at all.

The ones that lead to requests or even demands for things that quite simply will never ever happen. Think stuff like "ban people for camping" and "remove SWF".

People call Slinger op? I usually only see people calling him unfun. I think the opinion that mmr would be good for this game is a p bad one.
