This one may not be as creepy as the other two Ive posted so far, sorry for that, but I honestly think that base Hillbilly already has a good creep factor about him. Of course, the silly limp and the open 'O' mouth kinda takes away from that, so I just focused more on changing his face, so the rest of his body looks really cartoony. Hopefully you guys like it, though.
