Would you like being part of the decision process of balancing of the game?

They did the OoO experiment to see how the community would react to the perk rework.

So, would you like this to be something that's done much more often?

I would absolutely love to have my opinion on perk/killer changes mean something. Especially since the community as a whole is more knowledgeable than the devs themselves sometimes

Me personally yes, but I fear that the majority of players being survivors having influence on the game does worry me since the game seems to already cater to survivors more so

I'd like if they looked at their players with vast amounts of hours that more likely have a better understanding of the games intricacies and sent them surveys about what they thought were the games main issues and how to fix them. Maybe bounce some ideas off them.

The issue with asking the entire community is that the majority of the community doesn't have a lot of experience in the game which skews their perspective from being quite as objective.

Kind of like if you were building a plane would you want everyone to have a say in how it's built or just the people that at least have an aeronautical engineering degree? I know what my answer would be.
