I think Spine Chill is better. Has no Cooldown or degree limit. But Premonition has those. But what do you think?

    Spine Chill

    Spine Chill is overall just a better information perk than Premonition with nearly the exact same role. Honestly Premonition needs to be reworked to do something different, it's currently just redundant with Spine Chill existing.

    Spine Chill

    Spine Chill is much, much better. It gives you info on the killer without a cooldown, and a 6% increase to action speed. Premonition only gives you a small amount of info on a cooldown.
