The patch lit up my PC like a bonfire
Not exactly sure what changed with 4.5.0, but it's REALLY really bad in terms of EAC.
Not only did i get immediately kicked by EAC after the 2,8 GB patch (resulting in a revalidation of my files, a redownload of 9 files sized 3,7 GB)
Now i can't play more than a single match without my PC going absolutely nuts. The game is suddenly at the absolute limit of my I7700k Kaby Lake, AND my GTX 1070 Overclocked card. And by limit i mean literally it's at the limit. The hardware heating up to 75° Celsius within a single match, and task manager showing 100% load where the game used to comfortably run on ~60-80%.
Most notable EAC itself is now eating roughly 40% CPU. Is this a weird bitcoin mining joke? How can an anticheat that frankly doesn't do anything to begin with (as recently once again shown by Tru3 in one of his latest uploads featuring three simultaneous cheaters) eat 40% of a 4,2 Ghz Quadcore processor?
Is this some weird bitcoin mining sting? 😂
Please check whatever caused this MASSIVE uptick in required specs, because i can't in good conscience operate my PC at a persistent 75° celsius

My PC is a 4790k Devil's Canyon with an RX 580 and it runs fine even on the new patch.
Must be some optimization bug for you

Reinstalling the game doesn't work either?
