Iron will and no mither should swap effects.
I know I will get demolished in the comments but want to make it anyway.
I think that iron will is to strong as a Perk wirtout down sides. No mither has a downside, you can't heal but you're 50% quieter.
I think the two should swap so that iron will is a nice 50%'quiet bonus and no mither is one Intressting perk. No sounds but also no heals.

But then I feel like Iron Will needs something else.

Then you would have to find a way to buff Iron Will if you're taking away the 100% grunts and pains reduction

To be fair, even before he made the video I always felt like Iron Will was too strong for it being a passive perk. But the biggest issue with it has always been the bizarre reason it blocks breathing sounds while injured when the perk states grunts of pains.

The problem with grunts of pain is that it you can either be heard or not. If you dont have 100% iron you will be heard and therefore anything below 100% is useless.
EDIT: Please stop trying to nerf every survivor meta perk. There is not enough good perks in the pool. On top of it without iron will there is no stealth builds. Which in turn makes meta ONLY second chance perks (except for fast vaults)

It's ok to have strong perks.
Its ok to have a perk like No Mither.

The breathing sounds missing while injured with IW is probably a glitch that has never been bothered to be patched out. Iron Will is one of the strongest survivor perks, in my opinion, but it's not like it is some uncounterable god perk.
As for No Mither, as far as I can tell it was basically meant as either a meme perk or a challenge perk. It's very obviously not meant to be an actual perk you equip every/most match.
Also, why does everyone in this forum think that every survivor perk has to either be weak, or have a downside..? Most survivor perks have a counter. Literally just equip Stridor if you have a problem with Iron Will LOL

Iron Will would have to be additionally buffed on top of that, as that would definitely not be worth the perk slot.

Crouching reduces your noise. When combined with no mither, you make virtually no noise unless they are standing on you.

Simple change would be to give iron will a timer like lucky break. Gives you more wiggle room to stay injured but doesn’t are being injured have very little downside

The only problem is that No Mithers effect extends to the dying state. Silent survivors in the dying state isn’t balanced.

If you make any noise the perk is useless. Thats because if killer hears grunts of pain regardless of the volume they will look for you and 9/10 you will be found. Now you could say killers should be able to find injured survivors and thats fair, but in this game there is no such thing as 50% noise reduction.(You make sounds or you dont).

To make this viable they would have to legitimately make No Mither 100% no noise not the lame nerf of current Iron Will where even with 3 tick purple you are still grunting and whining around the map.
