The nerf has come and gone, and just as expected
Undying + Ruin is still heavily used and is still strong.

Seen a lot of Corrupt, PGTW, Devour and Undying tho

I've played against zero Undying Ruin since the Nerf, and I SWF'd all day yesterday...

i havent seen one in my game yesterday. even if it is strong it just fair unlike previously. 1 hex for 1 perk same as any other hex perk.
previously you could got chance like cleaning all totems to cleanse ruin

I kept saying that I don't think that ppl were even complaining about ruin + undying. They're just complaining about our great solo queue match making.
Then there's the fact that I tested it out last weekend in SWF... I just told everyone to ignore ruin and play normally if it pops up. Ruin made almost no difference in most games. We either were probably going to get stomped regardless or we were going to stomp.
Great now I kinda wanna SWF with my friends again.

Most unusual. I guess it's at last partially working.
I'm still getting lots of Undying Ruin in my games. Many not running Undying just Ruin. But still alot Undying + Ruin.

Nah, haven't seen anybody run it since. It's a much weaker version taking up 2 whole perk slots, why would they?

That's actually the problem. Ruin turns most games into stomps one way or the other. There isn't much middle ground.
Also if the killer isn't taking advantage of ruin to do gen defense he's probably either a non-mobile killer or just not that good at the game.

I'd say that's just how dbd already is. Ruin just makes the stomp harder on both sides. Either the survivors snowball or the killer snowball, while ruin tells both sides to hurry up. You could argue that it's not fun.

It’s quite bearable now that hexes don’t give aura reading. That was the main problem with it

So far i haven´t seen a single Undying Ruin. So, as predicted: Undying Ruin is dead.

I’ve seen a lot of Undying + Ruin still, but Undying + Devour Hope is also popular and it’s awful. I hate it.

I've run Undying/Devour on a number of builds since the update, with decent success. I've counted on survivors going back to ignoring totems (once they see Ruin isn't in play), and I've had multiple games where I've gotten Devour to 3 stacks and snowballed from there. At least a couple of those matches, they found Devour after frantically searching for it once it reached that tipping point, but Undying saved it, and that was that.
Running it with The Wraith and Make Your Choice has been fun. One-Shot downs for everyone, lol!
