Oni rift head Tome 6

Upon looking at the newest Oni skin in the rift I notice his head is nothing like the video. The body and weapon are fine but the head is not the same. When you read the mask's description it even tell you in detail how its should look like but it still doesn't. I ask this question on tweeter and people are telling me you have to add the head and body together to make it look like the video. If this was true wouldn't the outfit be a link set? Also where does it say it need to be added with the body to make it look what its suppose to look like. Can a developer confirm if this is true or some type of error in the game?
