New killer: Jim Abernathy, The Mechanic

New survivor: Pete Dawson, a caring son, and a proud journalist

New maps: Abandoned Family Shack, Abernathy Repair Station

New realm: Dusty Desert

Killer weapon: Rusty pipe

Primary Power, Ol' reliable: You have very little of your past life with you, but atleast you have your beloved tools.

Pressing the primary power button while near a gen will allow you to sabotage the generator, causing the repair speed on that gen to go 2% slower than usual for 60 seconds after sabotaging it. If a survivor misses a skillcheck while the gen is sabotaged, the gen automatically regress by 25% of its original progress. The gen will no longer be sabotaged if a survivor misses a skillcheck, or if the 60 seconds have passed.

You can also fix broken hooks, while also saboing them yourself, to make it so that if a survivor tries to sabo it, they will become hindered for 5 seconds while the hook will not be broken. Hooks broken will respawn 3 seconds faster than usual.

"That boy just ain't right"-Jack Dawson

Secondary Power, Family Matters: You are enraged whenever survivors spend time together. Every survivor working on a gen while another survivor is within 24 meters of them will have their auras revealed to you.

Survivor repair speeds while working together are increased by 2% than normal.

"Ma! The raccoons are back!"- Jim Abernathy

Killer perks:

Hex: Pest control

You hate it when pests disturb your home.

  • Every survivor within 20/30 meters of a totem, hook, chest, or exit gate will have their auras shown to you.
  • Every survivor within that radius will also have the oblivous status effect.
  • The exit gate levers are blocked for 20/25/30 seconds after the last gen is completed.

"God-damn rats everywhere! Git!" -Jim Abernathy

Blood N' Rust

You aren't afraid to show them what's what.

  • You become obsessed with one survivor
  • Hitting the obsession with a basic attack will now give them the hemorrhage, mangled, and blindess status effect until they are healed.
  • If a survivor heals the obsession, they become the obsession and become broken for 45/50/55 seconds
  • The obsessions aura is revealed to you after the last gen is completed.

"Hey, HEY! Calm down i'm just looking for a mechanic!" -Pete Dawson

Mechanical Genius

You were born in a family of tinkerers, no surprise you'd be one aswell.

  • Kicking a gen that is below 50% progress will reveal the aura of the survivor(s) who worked on it last for 3/4/5 seconds
  • After the gen that you kicked reaches above 50%, your speed will be increased by 2%/3%/4% for 15 seconds.
  • This perk has a cooldown of 60/50/40 seconds

"Woooooooweeeee! That's a tinkerer if i've ever seen one!" -Cleetus Abernathy

Survivor perks:

Road trip

You never expected a road trip to be this dangerous, better get going then.

  • After completing a gen your speed gets increased for 5 seconds.
  • You get the exhaustion status effect for 40/35 seconds
  • Repairing a gen will not remove exhaustion over time.

"Pack your bags! We're goin' on a trip!" Jack Dawson

Neighborly care

You may be a stranger to some people, but you'll never turn your back on 'em

  • After being healed by another survivor, you gain 1 token
  • Pressing E (or whatever it is on another platform) while healing a survivor will instantly heal them for one health state.
  • Your repair speeds are decreased by 5%/4%/3% while someone else is hooked

"I'm not just a stranger, i'm a friend." -Pete Dawson

Southern way (This-Is-Not-Happening 2: electric boogaloo)

You will persevere, you've done it before, why not again?

  • While injured, skill check success zones are increased, and are now all great skillchecks. (think of the demogorgon portal skillchecks, but with great skillcheck zones)
  • After every skillcheck, repair speeds are increased by 3% for 2 seconds
  • Skillchecks are more common while injured.

"I wont give up til you are gone, understand?" -Pete Dawson

Backstories:

Jim Abernathy, son of mechanics Travis Abernathy and Betty Abernathy. Born into a tinkerers lifestyle, the played with many objects such as wrenches and screws, his parents not afraid of him getting tetanus. He had a big brother, his only real friend, Cleetus Abernathy. They spent much time together repairing and breaking many mechanisms for fun. By the time Jim was a teen he had already taken over the Abernathy repair station, along with his brother. The family was a happy one, with tons of income from people looking for a place to stay, or a refuel. One night some peculiar folks came around and asked for a place to stay while their car gets fixed. Jim had never met such interesting people, and quickly became envious. They were richer, and they had nicer things than them, and they had the nerve to come and ask for their help? Jim couldn't handle it anymore, him and his brother quickly wanted to get rid of the folks, one way or another. Unfortunately, they didn't know that one of the member of the family was overhearing their conversation. Pete had to warn his family, or else they would not make it out of their alive. After a night of horror and frights, Jim layed on the ground, bleeding out from a gunshot wound on his chest. He would've died, but, something kept him from dying. Was it the thirst for vengeance? Or was it just plain bloodlust? Either way, he leapt up and was ready for more, although, he wasn't on the cabin floor, he wasn't in the repair shop either. He was in somewhere.. different....

Pete Dawson, a proud journalist in the south, working for a company that paid him well, enough to feed him and his wonderful family. He took pride in his work, maybe too much. Maybe his pride was the thing that lead to the incident on that horrid night in the Abernathy family's cabin. He hasn't forget that night, and he surely wouldn't now, in this place of death and despair.

I would appreciate any feedbacks in the comments.
