    I would reduce it's cooldown from 30 to 20 seconds, make the radius degrees smaller (Not range) and make it where you can see the killer for 1 seconds each time you use it. You do see stealth killers.

    Add a new benefit

    It doesn't just need a buff, it needs a rework. It's near redundant with Spine Chill.

    Either rework it entirely or add a new effect that makes it very different.
