Idk if it's the game being 50% price last week and all the newbies want to play killer or the recent "nerfs" to the pallets and survivors in general , but I remember when I could find survivors in less than 10 secons at rank 1, now I was able to write this while waiting for a match and still, no survivors.

    It's a couple of things, part of it is the crappy hit detection since the last 2 patches. Play against Billy and you will legit get hit by chainsaws that never touch the player model. I've been hit through walls by the killer by just being near a window. I've been playing other games, but I get bored, play a couple games of DBD but I find the experience disappointing and unfun. Playing killer feels cheap and annoying at the same time since it feels like I'm just constantly slugging and hooking survivors for 3 minutes straight and that's as Freddy and Wraith, a great deal of my games are 3v1s so there's that as well.

    last week they released a new killer , coupled with last weekend being a ftp/dbl bp and sale so we get a lot of new players , that means a lot of people wanting to try killer or the new killer . this happens every ftp/dbl bp weekend with a half off sale , couple that with a new killer and it gets worse . Give it a few weeks to start to thin out .

    Just as a example of the math if 50k people are playing and its split equaly between killer and survivors that means all 25k survivors will get into one of the 6250 matches , while a additional 18750 killers wait in que . When its 4v1 someone is going to have a longer que time , and usually its the killer in this situation on PC . If you try the offpeak times you may find your ques to be fairly short . I play survivor during peak with almost insta ques and offpeak killer with not quite insta ques but very little wait times .

    Not sure why you are complaining now. Rank 1 has always had terrible ques. People derank for a reason.

    I just jumped from rank 5 to 4 last night and the difference was immediate.

    he is correct on that as well the rank you are at will also play a factor in que times , the 5-15 ranks seem to be more killer friendly , the top and bottom seem to have the longer times during peak .
