Ranks and Hit boxes

I have 756 hours and I have bought every DLC and many of the skins all I'm asking for is the team to focus a bit on Freddy's hit box with the change in posture for survivors its worse then ever and he is hitting me from space please fix also that being said the ranks as a casual player I make it to red ranks occasionally but recently I'm in mid green ranks and even with a team of green ranks I still get red ranks in my games its kind of getting frustrating thank you for reading this have a nice day.
