Third seal + undying ticket loss

Has anyone else tried running hex third seal with hex undying?
It seems like third seal loses its tickets when one of the totems break.
Anyone else experience this?

Yes I have experienced this I ran Third seal with Undying and when undying got cleansed I lost my tokens the perk is bugged with Third seal
