Buff a perk (Can't to be too OP)
I mean... all perks either unlock an ability or reward you in some way for "playing average". Thats just what a perk is. Noed really is kinda weak due to how inconsistent actual value in it is, and as such it is very rarely used in the higher ranks. Optimal play encourages totems to be done earlier anyway to set up inner strength, and decent players tend to have taken note of where the dull totems were earlier in the match. Its also contingent on even getting to that point in the game. Its annoying when it does work, I agree, and results in unearned downs, but if you get one unearned down every 20 games, its not a strong perk, its an annoying perk.

You didn't pick a perk too buff, it's a trade off

Not all killers here are devs.

I'd be fine with NOED being nerfed into the ground in exchange for undoing some of the undying nerf. For instance, say you are running undying + ruin. If the survivors cleanse undying first, it's the same as it always was (undying deactivated). However, if ruin gets cleansed first, it respawns it one time only on an available dull totem. So instead of only having to break 2 hex totems in the worst case scenario, survivors have to break 3 in the worst case. 50% chance of only needing to do 2 totems, 50% chance of needing to do 3. Would be cool with removing the aura reading entirely in that scenario. Would not be as OP as before but would be stronger than it is now
Or alternatively... nerf NOED in exchange for just completely reverting the Billy changes. I couldn't care less about NOED but I miss you Billy boy...

Keep noed the same
Noed I see it as a perk for weak people, unless you want to use it with Blood Guardian, I do not use it because I do not like to depend on it.

I feel the same way about last survivor getting an open hatch. Id trade noed for that any day

NoED is pretty meh as a perk on either side imo, so I'd much rather get a buff to something else than keep a meh perk I don't even use or have problems with the same.
Although honestly just give small game a totem counter. A perk for a perk.
