Game slowdown build ?

So i started playing legion for a while since he is the best bp farmer in the game and i wanted to know if a build i thought about wich is just for pure game slowdown is good : dying light so their actions are slower , thanatophobia so their mending and healing are slower from both of these perks , hex ruin since they have to mend ruin will guarantee some regression anyways and corrupt in order to make the playing field smaller

    For farming it goes without saying BBQ.

    I'd also include PGTW. Ruin is too unreliable for my liking right now since undying nerf
