Unbroken Emblem Doesn't Work [PC]

Even if you die in a trial, the Unbroken Emblem doesn't give you anything. It's suppose to give you a Silver, and because of it not working it's making it hard for Survivors to Rank Up.
This happens every game I die, so if you can try and fix this soon, it'd be greatly appreciated.
