And until we fix this issue, we recommend that players with photosensitivity, or who have an epileptic condition or have had seizures of any kind consult their physician before playing.

You don't already find it competitive?

Do you arrange more casual training/scrim sessions at all? Been thinking about trying scrims as I find public too tilting when I'm getting teabagged all over the shop whilst learning new killers

Nope this game is very casual imo

Not even a little bit.

The competitive aspect of the event is something that should be provided by the management. For example, there is something wrong when you can't find a balance without asking for a lot of different restrictions for the competition. What we really need is "Ranked Matches" in the true sense of the word in pursuit of balance, and it should be "Casual Matches" that can implement the factors that are destroying games like SWF. I think what is needed is to add matching rules.

It depends on the rule set. The last thing I want to watch something that turns out like OWL where everyone runs the same comp, with the same strategy, with a pacing so samey that once you've seen one game, you've seen them all.

3 minute sweat fest games? No thanks
2 -
Not really but since its the direction the game is going no one has the right to complain about sweaty players anymore remember the community wanted this. Meaning when i play Killer i don't have to feel bad anymore sweating because it's what Survivors will be expecting with MMR now.

Man I don't know about that. Some people treat it like it's life or death if they win or lose.

You can't take this game seriously enough to be competitive imo. Theres just way to many random variables to account for. And the bugs. Dear God the bugs.

I admit while DBD does have its flaws, the developers at least continue to take actions for potential improvements. The reason DBD isnt making the strides everyone wants is because the community is too busy complaining about what doesn't work and threatening to leave (but still playing might I add) instead of actually building together, pooling ideas and trying to find solutions. Don't get me mistaken, there are lots of people putting out potential solutions, but there are very few to no players amassing as a community to focus on the game. I know this from experience because the majority of DBD's community are entangled into the communities of its popular live streamers. While they bring new players and helpful content, they almost have no interactivity with new members to their communities and little to no activity with other related communities when it comes to organizing events, pooling together ideas and supporting the game community itself. What im trying to do is create a place where people who love the game and wish to show how much they grown as a player to compete with other players in a friendly environment. Anyone interested in helping can contact me directly thru the discord server.
