Dark Devotion on Doctor

I’m just starting out with Doctor, and don’t have many good perks for him. Nothing I want is coming up in the blood web.

The only teachable perk I have been able to get is Dark Devotion. Has anyone used this on him?

I’m not sure how the terror radius switch will work with his power, but I did think it might be hard for survivors to detect I’m using it as part of Doctor’s madness tier gives a survivor his heartbeat after chases any way.

I don’t want to waste a perk slot on something that is working against his power so if anyone knows if this is a good perk for him let me know.
