TEA SIPPER

"Any crouching Survivors that are within the Killer's Terror Radius will suffer from the crippled status effect, becoming unable to stand up for 8/9/10 seconds. Damaging a survivor by any means will also allow the survivor to stand up again. The afflicted survivor can't be affected by Tea Sipper in the next 60 seconds after the crippled status effect ends."

What do you think? I suppose this could really hurt Urban Evaders, sneaky survivors, and well, T-baggers too, hence the name. Thought it was a fun/dumb idea but I wanted to share it with y'all.
