Survivor Movement Speed Still Borked

I'd hoped that today's patch would have fixed things, but no. It still feels like survivors are moving through molasses, and Sprint Burst still doesn't feel as though it's providing that boost in speed. I'm also not feeling much "smoothing" in the survivor animations, either.
