Clown's bow tie (and design nitpick)

Bow's bow tie is purple on all of his default cosmetics, I assume this is a glitch because it's not consistent with the preview images on the customize screen. (pictured below) This change occurred when his model was revised following his buff.
Also when if it's possible it'd be nice if the skin of his hands could be made dirtier at the same time, because I feel that is somewhat important to the character, The Clown is a disgusting man and he would never bother washing his hands for any reason.
