Error al terminar partida, símbolo de carga

Buenas tardes, tengo un problema con mi cuenta de PS4, cuando termino mi juego y regreso al menú principal, aparece el símbolo de carga en el lado derecho y me lleva mucho tiempo eliminar o incluso tengo que reiniciar la aplicación. esto sucede con el asesino y el sobreviviente, les dejo un video donde veo este error y está en todos los juegos. Espero su pronta respuesta.
