Dokkaebi new killer?
We know the new chapter is Korean by the reveals thus far so I decided to google korean demon & came across this.
The one tweet in korean mentioned fighting & thought that highlighted portion was interesting.
The wiki also mentions the weapon they use & foods they like (addons)
Could be nothing but I think it all makes sense.

Could just be some crazed artist too. Doesnt have to be a demon or other such beastie. Or maybe the survivor is Korean and the fighting bit is just gonna be tied to lore with the survivor. Not much can really be taken from what we were given, other than either the killer or survivor will be Korean, maybe both, and one (or both) will have something to do with fighting and that company, and that eityer bhvr believes this is going to be their best work ever, or one of them (or both) has a connection to art in some way. Which very well could also be tied to the fighting bit as "the art" of fighting or a specific type of fighting even
